Here is my calculation...
They purchased preferred shares for $724,000 https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1289496/000135448815001723/cbai_ex101.htm which were converted into the common immediately "1. The Series A Convertible Preferred Stock were automatically converted by the issuer into a total of 381,052,632 shares of common stock." Which makes their price per share .0019
Please show how you figure their cost was .0025/share.
Red Oak is already making $$$. I do not believe for one minute that they give a crap about the little retail shareholders who have been screwed over for years...
They will do whatever they want and whatever is best for THEM.
