I want to be able to log in, shoot my own video, edit it, add interactivity and upload it to youtube. Then I want to be able to track who clicks on it, how long they watch, what buttons they clicked, contact the company, download a document, schedule a meeting, etc.

He also said it was also like uBid so I want to enter a bid, and get notified if I win or lose. If he doesn't produce "evidence" of an app that works on every device type by today, he'll be hearing from a lawyer.

If he just comes up with some open source code of a few features he found on the internet, he is in big trouble for spreading false information to manipulate the market.
