Here's a 1 year look at the 10 stocks in my "Sandbox" portfolio. Each stock
is managed with AIM with settings similar to AIM-High. Seven are currently
positive with gains ranging from nil to 284% and three are negative 20% to
40% exclusive of dividends.
The Sandbox is now within 1.5% of its January high water mark. Only two
have zero dividend. The rest range from around 1.25% up to 14% annual
dividend payment. "Average" yield for the ten stocks is 3.56%. At least
during this lull I was collecting decent rent on the shares. Average
Price/Book for the ten is 3.68/1 which is higher than I would like. Such is
the condition of the stock market these days.
Overall these stocks are up over 1% on the day so far.
