Insignificant prospectus is only still a possibility.

"This prospectus relates in part to the resale of up to 37,500,000 shares of our common stock"

Shares outstanding today = 595,084,619

37,500,000 / 595,084,619 = 6%

If needed to fund operations into full use Phase 3 of our facility I say go for it. Imagine getting a flyer from your favorite store and they were having a 6% sale how would you feel about that? I would be indifferent.
