Two things are key in my opinion.
1) Adage still holding 4 mil shares.
2) Get the hold lifted. Why? Because who in their right mind would do a deal now with the risk of possibly having the hold expanded? Can not even fathom the number of Monday morning quarterbacks that would resurrect from the wood pile to second guess that decision if it went South?

I am not a trained financial professional, and all posts are my bar stool amateur opinion.
