I have to agree with you Watts. I like the guy but the amount of business he has produced during his tenure is terrible! As you asked I have underlined the things that are encouraging. :)

Please underline the parts of the paragraph which you found encouraging.
I would say a meal made of burritos and lots of refried beans sounds a lot more encouraging.
Now we know why Paul spent so many years as administrator of the MIM trade group. Administrators do not sell. They just promote the group.
We need sales. No need for promotions.
Paul should get a job at a check out stand.
Just scan all of the prototypes and bag em.
