steph70....many people buy penny stocks to flip and make a quick buck...most penny stocks are not good investments and they should be sold if you have profit....every once in awhile, a penny stock does hit it big (hopefully this happens with BIEL) but mostly they just remain penny stocks and eventually fizzle out.....
