First there is a lock up clause so there will be no dilution or selling.
Second they have to do the reverse to properly capitalize the Spectrum side

So I respectfully dis agree with your thoughts on most of what you wrote

The company reversing in is the real deal with a massively growing market to sell into. They also have a world class partnership with Cree.

Sales growth year on year for the company is large. We will see it as more filings come out.

This share structure is going to be very very thin now and even more so post reverse
