Titan Signs Letter of Intent to Develop New Oil and Gas Leases

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS--(MARKET WIRE)--May 11, 2006 -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:PK) announces that it has concluded an agreement to develop a new oil and gas field in which the Company has had strong interest for some time.

Titan has signed a Letter of Intent with M. S. Klotzman Exploration Co. in order to develop oil and gas leases in South Texas with the re-entry/re-working of a minimum of two wells. The parties have agreed to keep the specific details of the agreement confidential for sixty days in order to allow time to complete leasing operations.

Titan CEO, John Haylock comments: "We are extremely pleased to be able to sign this agreement, as the Company has had its eye on these leases for some time. We look forward to being able to make additional announcements on this project as soon as our agreement permits us to do so."
