Important question....

Right now I own a sizable position in UOIP.
I can trade my shares as I see fit right now.
Assuming sometime down the road there is a settlement.
Will our shares automatically be cashed out?
Or will we have to trade out of them?

I ask is because if there is a settlement of a dollar let's say...and everyone knows this it where the stock goes as per the settlement everyone and their uncle will be trying to get out...

Will not be fun...

So I am curious how lawsuits like this one are usually settled with shareholders.
Are we offered something and it is done in a logical orderly fashion or is it market chaos?
