I have an email chain going on with his colleague. I don't understand how one could trade outside and how can one transfer stock to another individual. Can someone throw light? And the more these things happen the more positive things happening background, I feel. I clearly messaged him that I feel BIEL is definitely worth half a dollar to a dollar in near term.
