That take is partially correct , only if they are not anticipating major increase in SP . Who is right will be a retrospective thing ... like hindsight is 20/20. Point is that even if under worst case scenario interest is 400 k on 1.2 M loan but makrket cap is up 100% and you can sell shares and pay this loan off , it is relatively non dilutive and good deal
Yes I won’t write home about it , but I am willing to bet this accountant guy to come back in August and debate whether it was a good deal or not
I bet he won’t be seen anywhere
