mickeybritt: You are going crazy over suring the government and the patent office.

Your post this evening is a repeat of the content of a post made at approximately 2 PM

YOU NEED TO CHILL OUT; GO T DINNER AND A MOVIE. FORGET ABOUT IDCC AND SUING THE PATENT OFFICE. DO YOU THINK IDCC WAS THE ONLY COMPANY TO HAVE A PATENT INVALIDATED?
Don't you think thare many lawyers and inventors and compnies with people much smarter than you and I that would have sued if they knew better?

Here is what you posted earlier:

Just to be sure I am posting about the right company doesn't IDCC license
patents issued by the U.S. Patent office?

Hasn't that same patent office later invalidated their work of granting
IDCC a patent that became worthlesss? Is it not reasonable to look at this
practice and see that something just might not meet muster? If I am not
mistaken the patent office when they grant you a patent doesn't grant you
a contingent piece of paper they grant you a patent that is supposed to
be protected by the Constitution.

Why IDCC has not sued the U.S. Patent office is hard to understand, maybe
they just don't know their rights. Which is the patent is theirs and no
man shall remove it. The only search allowed by the constitution is the
possibility of a crime. Then and only then can they search and only after
a search warrant has been issued by the judge or magistrate describing
the reason and location of said search.

My opinion is the patent office has zero right to search as there was no
crime and via that own office issued the patent. Then to use their resources which should have been done before the issuing but use their
resources to invalidate their work is beyond belief and they must repeat
must be held accountable. It has cost IDCC and their shareholder many
dollars. Yet the patent office simply can say tough luck your loss even
though we didn't do a job right. They don't care how much the owner has
lost defending their worthless granting of a patent.

If you think this is a good policy, then so mode it be but it begs to
be challenged and changed and IDCC should take the lead on the patents
they have had invalidated if the statue of limitations hasn't elapsed
and I don't know if there is a statue of limitations on violations of
the constitution.
