So perhaps you can help me because try as I might my DD has failed to come up with answers to my questions.
Please point to verifiable, factual information that clearly states PixelMags is a public company and not just a wholly owned subsidiary of SPCL. These are *NOT* mutually exclusive.
Secondly, and this one is very puzzling, where does the the revenue generated by PixelMags go if obviously not to SPCL shareholders?
Thirdly, why would the SPCL CEO state that he had no idea when financials would be released when 8+ weeks ago the company issued an 8k which included the verbiage which I will paraphrase, financials will be filed with the SEC and released within the "coming weeks" (Please note that "coming weeks" was in fact a direct quote.)
Please help out a fellow investor with some DD? If you won't then I can only assume that you actually can't and instead of admitting that will choose to appear that you could if you wanted to but you don't want to.
LOL. Because there has not been any substantial information released by SPCL for well over a year now all that's left is for creative connect-the-dotters to try and rationalize their reasons for hanging on here with pure speculation of what their connect the dots efforts show.
