Where is the list of officers.?.. only the Dr is listed in all the positions except the one other director (see NVSOS link below) .... Bill Shenkin... who has on the board been rumored to have be removed...
Very strange... when you look at the whole board....and why they would be on the board ( in one way or the other... Strategic Board members that get paid but have no liabilities?) long white space after next image...
Phil, you do realize that Bill Shenkin is on the board of NEAH who runs CEFO in Englewood? That is why he's trying to get you to drop the debt...
he also is on the NEAH MERGER COMPANY board and was on the Neah Power board.. this smells like crap in a crap bag..
Not to be a jerk, but do you know anything about this company? Do some research. This looks very fishy to me that they are calling you.. yet they can employee people overseas and do tradeshows...???
