Another words if you award somebody I don't know say two million shares for a buck and a quarter it goes on the books is 2.5 million really it's a $0 unless they cashed there's in it two bucks then they make their $0.75 the company gets the rest so the companies already written that off in a way it's good for us or establish our bases
