Wow, it gets nuttier and nuttier. Some people are allergic to Burt’s Bees. Some people would rather spray themselves with cancer causing sunscreens and most people will keep putting chemical lip balms on their lips.

Obviously, the COMPANY'S PAID CONSULTANT doesn't get it! Who's taking the risk related to any potential liability? That would be any of the parties in the channel, including the manufacturer, the distributor, and the retailer! Why would a distributor, but perhaps more importantly a retailer, RISK ANYTHING ON A COMPLETELY UNKNOWN $5 TUBE OF LIP GOOP THAT MIGHT YIELD A NET OF $1 PER TUBE IN LIGHT OF HAVING VIRTUALLY NO SUPPORT FROM THE MANUFACTURER!

BTW...KEEP IN MIND WHEN MAKING A CALL, A RISK AVERSE RETAILER WILL PEER OVER AT TAUG AND KNOW THERE WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WITH ANY SORT OF PRODUCT LIABILITY CONCERNS OR ACTIONS!

ALSO BTW...WHY WOULD A REPUTABLE RETAILER BUY VIA TAUG, RATHER THAN DIRECTLY FROM ICE+JAM, GIVEN A BETTER PRICE POINT? IT WOULD BE ONE LESS MOUTH TO FEED IN SUPPLY CHAIN! WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT, WHICH IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS WERE TAUG ACTUALLY PERFORMING A SERVICE, ICE+JAM CAN CALMLY SAY "SEE YA" ANYTIME IT PLEASES!
