Page 13 Proxy statements mailed from NSM will be ratified on May 17th.
WMIH has sent a 8K mentioning they will not be sending Proxy in the 120 days they were supposed to (wonder why when they have always done so).

Then after May 17th... we will have the Annual Meetings NSM is the key one, where they will give the results and their shareholdeers decide if to elect to cash or shares...

Right now we have 80% approvals from State Regulatory agencies.

These last few weeks will seem like an eternity for some...but we are getting closer & closer to our first major goal.
