My Scwabb exec told me that even in a margin account,as long as I am not holding stock with margin the shares are locked.Which in my case all my money is in nFusz which is not marginable,so I'm ok.


As long as you own 100% of your shares, your brokerage cannot touch them without calling you first, and then, having your signed lending agreement in hand.
