One thing is for sure.

If they are settling debt with third parties then everything they do is outright misleading.

1) The press release dated April 6 about the collateral shares was designed to give the stock a boost ahead of debt settlements.

2) Talk about settlement of other payables in Merkur documents is misleading. When they should have mentioned debt settlement with third parties

3) Talk about cash dividends, specifically in the 10-K, is misleading.

4) The press release that was leaked, about the AGM.

And so forth.

We have a real issue here.
