If the company is on the up and up (and one half of this board believes this is not a pump and dump) then those restricted shares will never hit the open market. That is the point. 900 million shares will be eliminated from the OS before the restriction is up next year. Phone sales will generate revenue to pay off debts and eliminate restricted shares.
