ASPR Float is only around 4.2 million, moves on nothing.

Some quick facts:

The stock has the ability to make 8-20 cent moves in a single day on volume

Today it started an uptrend and all indicators turned bullish.


Company's been doing their filings on time.

Still researching, but I like what I see, will post more DD as I dig it up.
