Why would there be a control arm? What kind of control did you have in mind? Certainly not a placebo. What dying cancer patient wants to be on the placebo arm?

IMBARK is a Phase 2, so there would most likely need to be a phase 3.

But IMERGE is a Phase 2/3, so it's possible that it's the last trial before submission of the NDA for that indication.

But before Phase 3, or any continuation of the program, Janssen would need to make their continuation decision. That is the major catalyst everyone has been waiting for and that will happen later this year. I'm very confident that Janssen will elect to continue. If they were going to drop imetelstat they would have done so by now and they would not have filed for patents on combo therapy.
