What??? CRGP is not "continuing with the lawsuit". It never even made an appearance, and so defaulted. In other words, it was found liable. It LOST.

CRGP has not been a factor here since October 2015.

Or do you mean "that's why" COR is continuing with the suit? Why?? CRGP is, as noted, not a factor.
