The recent reinstatement of a company is more than ample reasoning for a stock to get attention and move - TCEL had much going on on the past and obviously with the reinstatement going current will follow and the likelihood of updates - they reinstated for a reason - no different than RAR**S its still not quite current but almost and it ran from trips to 01 and has based there for months wink

Nothing suspect here in the least
