I almost never disagree with you, but....
There is a difference between not liking management and not liking what they do. Much in life is about perception. They may well have earned the extraordinary compensation they receive. They may have overcome great obstacles. On the other hand, they may have fumbled a time or two. Or, they may have done both. I don't think any here know for sure which is the case. What I do know is that I heard SKS talk about reducing the burn rate. That seems to have applied everywhere but in executive compensation. If it troubles so many here who believe in this company, think of the impact on potential stockholders, including institutional investors, and potential investors. As far as I know we don't have significant revenue yet and while we assume it is coming, something could happen to delay that. It seems to me that we need to be a frugal as possible until it is a sure thing.

Most here have never met top management, talked to them on the phone, had a drink or a meal with them, etc. (Please don't tell me I can e-mail them anytime and get a response. I have e-mailed SKS two or three times some time ago. Nada. No response) So we can only judge by their actions and by what we read in proxies, filings, etc. The level of compensation does not appear to be appropriate based on the performance of the company to date. It's about judgment and in this matter, their judgment, IMHO, leaves a lot to be desired. That's my perception.
