BARCHART Moved UP the 1st Res to 46 and 2nd Res to 53!! Broke through both 1st and 2nd resistance levels today at (40 & 44) from 37, so strong open tomorrow and we see possibly a 13 pop through 53! That's what the technicals say! Looks like we may hit the old support of 60 next week! Big buyers must be getting ready for mid-term elections and ballot measures for CBD in June!!
