Hopefully he has advised you that the idea is absurd at this point in time... Even if one phone doesn't sell this year, it would be impossible to get anything out of Utopya. Utopya never said they WILL be selling phones Q2, Q3, or Q4, period. I wholeheartedly believe they will reach there goal of selling phones come Q3, but they have never said they WILL. Nice talk about nothing.
