The Dr. Scholl's/Bayer deal in the works is another huge win. 44,000 locations to offer the Actipatch insole. Free marketing and advertising potential and once the full back and body is granted by FDA Bayer will be able to use this for whatever else they can.

Bayer at a high level works with:
Pharmeceuticals
General consumer health
Animal health

Sounds like an ideal partnership or licensing deal. (Not sure if partnership is the correct term)
