It could be.. how many Penny stocks have full FDA approval. I definitely think it will take us to a higher amount but it's what they can do with it that is going to be company changing. That's when the USA is an open market. Hospitals, Retail Stores, Military, senior centers, pre and post surgury and huge business partners comparable to Bayer. The US national health care industry covering prescriptions for the acticpatch like the NHS.
