For 17 years Ceo couldn't run a successful / profitable company so @ best he had a reporting shell company. In comes MJ Nevada craze found a way or was convinced jump on board to keep this languishing company alive. Now turn the clock ahead as the MJ train has long left the station (everyone fell for the MJ potential but now have seen the light) & they struggle to get any new long term investors in the stock (flippers are the only ones watching) or keep the SP from free falling. In the meantime CEO was able to by a couple more years of a 6 figure salary. I contend as I stated months ago, longs can't get out w/ o losing their a$$ so their stuck & short term investors only have interest for a quick 1 to 2 cent flip.
