Not so fast. There must be an official response of office action from the USPTO stating they have received and accepted the application (as it must be filled out properly) and is in process of pending status.

Otherwise anyone can say they filled out an application or filed it incorrectly for that matter and claim patent oending.

Everything is IMHO. Do your own DD. I don't make you push buttons. You do. Glad I could clear that up for you.
