there are several possibilities here...
1. nothing happens
2. something good happens without dilution
3. something happens with tons of dilution and reverse split
4. James and Thuraisingham are getting older, they have to capitalize on that engine
5. the engine is a blockbuster
6. the engine is not passing EPA cert
