Nah..

That crap was at the time LoCastro and the AllPro auto mall merger was happening....and they were going to roll out prepaid phone deals and pay loans with MBE.

The "AllPro merger" was just not official yet.

That's when Paul Applebaum of MH Meyerson was caught on tape saying there were 2 Billion shares outstanding and Ed was scamming everyone. He literally said "You could be the FBI and I'm not saying any more" and then hung up.

Well...until the SEC called him...
