You are right OTC MM's always naked short stocks to keep order in trading and balance their books. Have know several who worked in the industry. Trust me they have restored order to the trading and books are probably close to square. That short report means squat in the OTC. Have you ever been licensed by the Security and Exchange Commission? I'm no expert but have a little knowledge.
