No idea, you can research to find out which company filled the forms out to develop the mine. I believe APR bought the mine, I do not believe they developed it, meaning they wouldn't have to have done that portion of the work (since it takes 6-10 years).

As for where in the report/form...you can read it...I wouldn't want to deprive you of that fun.

It is, however, universally agreed that predicting value is spotty, at best (but not fraudulent or illegal). I don't much care what they say the mines are worth, I (as everyone else) am waiting for the revenue to come out so we can see the actual money coming out of the ground. They seem to believe they're pulling out enough to sustain a separate entity and retain a large firm for a token, we'll all see when it happens. $PHIL
