From talking with SEVERAL sources - I wanted to verify as much as I could:

Look for Financials in less than 30 days.

Reason for delay - Gemini Acquisition - which IS going forward.

Ongoing production efforts are bearing handsome fruit.

AMEX chosen for several reasons. ($2 minimum is confirmed in order for listing on AMEX....hint hint.)

Many well-informed and ready money managers watching BDGR awaiting AMEX listing (and financials, of course)- before buying recommendations.

Expectations are that $2 minimum will see some immediate appreciation.

Regret over timliness of expected (and stated) events. Will make up for it very shortly. (We'll likley laugh about it later)

I did verify the depth of money managers aware of BDGR and their disposition toward the Company. Many have attended various presentations, been exposed to unaudited financials, and are simply awaiting BDGR's listing on a major exchange.
They may be more anxious than us'ns. Expect to see a deluge of PR's, appearances, and articles relating to current production. (Yes, more than before, with expanded distribution and coverage.)

Some positive production surprises are in store.

Did I find any negatives? Only the missed dates, and I do believe they were the result of over-eagerness, and not from any deliberate misleading.

Nothing concrete on the suit as those who would know or are involved aren't talking about an ongoing legal action - yet.
