Matt, you may find this hard to believe, but I have no shares to sell. It is trure that I have alot of shares, but all my shares are restricted.

Further, with respect to the Harvard Learning Center Transaction, once the company has a new NASDAQ symbol, we will be able to pull the certs and deal with the shorts once and for all. The company will then focus all its attention on its education business. Right now, we are waiting for a new CUSIP number to be able to proceed. Hopefully, we will get the CUSIP number by the end of business today.
