You can call me stupid but why would anyone lend money to BDCI at 50 cents a share when they can get them for 7 cents a share?
That is a fake PR. As per the initial PR on April 23 'no SHARES options or warrants or debt agreements were executed by BDCI in the acceptance of this money'.
