I'm sure you know more about share counts than me, so if 'abstain' figures match Woody's holding, I'll take your word for it.

Now I guess 'abstain' does count as an active vote, because there is a separate category for those who did not vote (30% over the three votes.)

70% 'turnout' strikes me as high in a good way.

I guess shorts don't get to vote, otherwise it might have been 150%!

I've absolutely no idea if Woody is subject to an NDA.

If anything, I tend to think he is probably just a passive holder, like the rest of us.
I don't think he would take legal action against NWBO, or vote against. Nor do I think he went to the SEC.
Just a feeling without evidence.

The result seems to suggest that a failure to vote does not count as a 'yes' or a 'no', as some here have asserted.
