There is only $65-Million Dollars Worth of Stock

to be purchased or sold.

That is the Market Cap.

Google and read about Market Cap.

"Share Structure" issues is a widely held FALSE belief.

There is nothing wrong with the share structure other then the widely held false beliefs.

The law of supply and demand will prevail especially when the people see this is a profitable Company.

Regardless of the number of shares, a companies actually perceived value is stated by Market Cap.

$65 Million is the stated value here and is at least 300%-400% undervalued of where it should currently

be trading based on current and near future events.

The market has a LOT of Catching Up to do.

Again Share Structure issues is a widely held false belief.

If Berkshire Hathaway was priced like Biel there would be about 240 Trillion shares outstanding. PROBLEM??

Their stock is priced at $293,000 a share. Problem?

Now I understand this is difficult for some investors to understand, so print it off and take it to

your accountant or a financial advisor that knows there stuff and get this information confirmed.
