FINRA is reporting 13,018,968 of the 17,841,029 in volume was sold short for 73% of the volume for the day.

MMs short as they are tasked with "making the market", but it does not mean they are purposely keeping a lid on the price. Whether some or most of those shares were covered today is another story.
