That question is the Elephant in the room. With no cash divi as promised in Q2, we have the answer



Why do you keep talking about a promised cash dividend in Q2? Show me where they "promise" also show me where they say it will be paid in Q2? Are you talking about just an announcement of a cash dividend in the future or an actual ex-dividend date in Q2? Because I think you need to re-read the 10K and PR.
