Garrett, the Elephant in the room needs to be adressed.
It's not that the CEO is an entreprenour
It's not that financing in China takes time
It's not that the shareholders are unpatient
The Elephant is that the market gives us a 98% chance for this being a scam. And it's not due to entreprenaural errors.
On the contrary, we see a very concious ceo dropping news about TRW dividends, shortly followed by 13D - O/S cap increases to 50 mill. But no divi. Calculated communications.
Then AGM agenda is leaked. Only followed by share issuing. No divi.
These scams and lures have gotten us overinvested. This is different opposed to not making promises.
At the same time we see profits disappear into refurnishing, receivables, equipment, loans etc. We never see it. And the abbotoir exit... Lack of TRW organization.
So is SIAF a profitable company with all the strange priorities you can imagine, or just a classic chiscam - which would make it all explainable.
That question is the Elephant in the room. With no cash divi as promised in Q2, we have the answer
