Oh, and frat -
Just as everybody is correct to delierately make the point of not spoiling things making telephone inquiries today, I can tell everybody the plain spoken truth of what will happen if all of Skip's workings get dumped onto this or any other page:

If Skip is to have the maximum ability to negotiate new leases on properties he intends to rework, he needs privacy. If mineral rights owners get wind of a systematic releasing agenda, negotiating will get more and more expensive. If BIGN (or any other entity we all have some interest in) ever hopes to maximize its profitability via any JVs or partnered deals involving Skip and/or Hydroslotter out there in Grimes, it works against us for any list of properties to be reworked to be posted on this or any other board. Since I am gung ho on BIGN, part of what I explained to you in my previous post to you is couched on the assumption that not posting a list of properties to be reworked was more likely to end up adding value to BIGN, if and when they did further deals with Skip.

I'm not thinking it is even remotely wise, therefore, to post any such list at this time. Further, phone calls barraging state entites and county entities may end up creating intrusiveness from bureaucrats out there for Skip. what we need is action out there on the current things involving BIGN. My thinking is that getting too nosey or too noisy in digging into whats going on out there would be counterproductive.

So, please everyone. Just as folks are correct to not hammer the phones about what wave unearthed this weekend about Royal, please don't dig into Skip's business so deeply it harms his progress on what we do have an interest in: the two wells currently being reworked. Remember, futr assures us that there is no ownership of Hydroslotter by BIGN. Hence, it is not relevant to us if Hydroslotter and Skip do further deals that don't include BIGN.

Anyway, that my opinion.
