Exactly DB, Dr. Scholl's is one of many BIEL Krakens and it has just been Released. Krakens hide deep in the ocean, no one knows for sure they exist, only rumors, until they are released.
Some Biel followers have been grumbling for the last year, "show me some money from the 1/2017 FDA Clearances". The problem was BIEL did not have the resources for national product promotion. There was some initial interest by potential partners but it was not until the NHS Drug Tariff addition that BIEL achieved Critical Mass.
Enter Bayer/Dr. Scholl's, but it takes time to negotiate a big deal. Even cash rich Bayer is not going throw the 9 digit cash it takes to launch a new product line without thorough vetting and a team of lawyers checking every angle.
So Dr. Scholl's is out of the bag, however there are many more treasures in the BIEL Partner Bag, waiting to mature to the point where a release is appropriate.
