The next time you speak to your IM could you ask him if Inter-company Agreements and/or Inter-company Claims between WMI and WMIIC and/or their other subsidiaries that were not sold to JPM are still applicable???

I ask this because as WMI previously stated, their main source of funding came from their subsidiaries via these types of agreements since they would not have directly held these cash generating assets themselves.

I found it interesting that in addition to ALL assets of WMIIC being transferred to the WMILT they also made note that this also included the transference of any Inter-company claims between WMI and WMIIC.

QUOTE: "The assets that are to be held and distributed by the Liquidating Trust (the “Liquidating Trust Assets” comprise all of the assets of Washington Mutual, Inc. (“WMI”) and WMI Investment Corp. (“WMI Investment”)" ---> "(i) WMI Investment (all the assets of which shall be contributed to the Liquidating Trust, including any Inter-company Claims)
