Have you found anything for relief for your RA?

Fireman, sorry to hear your mom has RA. Not anything I can recommend. But, my symptoms are reduced by drinking lots of natural citric juices, I settled on lemonade. I also take 100mg of allopurinol and vitamin D3 daily dose. I find if I am not physically active working out in some way symptoms start to return. Periodically (1x every 4-5 months) I do take Humira shot , only one dose and only when I feel my joint getting too painful. RA also will impact strength in hands, etc. She should continuously work her fingers, make a fist. Good luck it is very painful stuff. If it is at all possible for her to do martial arts stretching, she should try. That should definitely help the flexibility and pain.

My observation is the destroyed immune system is more deadly than the RA.
