IMO the development of salable product and release of any good news is purposely being suppressed by Yazbeck to further his argument that the company has been severely "damaged" by the defendants in the on-going trial, and that any "progress" will be delayed for that reason.

Don't expect any good news until the trial is over, and by then it may be too late for recovery. Actually I think we've already reached that point, and that's why I unloaded many months ago.
