I'm gonna say it. Roger does not show respect for the shareholders. If he respected us, he would not let us down time after time after time. One or two slip-ups is normal, nobody is perfect, but Roger consistently shows lack-of-concern for the numerous shareholders in disarray. I'm not saying the company is bad. AMFE has a great model, but Roger is not a good leader IMO. A good leader will be an example for the company, and Roger is far from a shining example of expertise.
